Asbestos Air Monitoring

The purpose built, high technology, TTL laboratory opened in 2016. The TTL laboratory is located at National Control Centre in Doncaster. Long gone are the days of ‘cross contamination’ due to a fume cabinet on a desk in the corner of a room: our state-of the-art equipment and environment show the future of laboratory analysis. TTL Limited employ fully qualified, British Occupational Hygiene Society P401, dedicated Bulk Analysts. Our experienced team are focused on conducting identification of asbestos fibres in bulk materials, water absorption testing as well as testing for asbestos in soil in our sterile environment to prevent cross contamination.

UKAS-testing-accreditation-logoOur in-house laboratory is UKAS accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for the identification of asbestos fibres in materials and is one of a handful of laboratories to hold accreditation for Water Absorption testing.

Our bespoke database controls and maintains all records, while monitoring and prompting for quality checks as required by industry standards. These strict quality checks allow TTL Limited to maintain a zero-point Asbestos In Materials Scheme (AIMS) classification. Operated by The Health and Safety Laboratory (HSL), the AIMS scheme assesses the performance of laboratories carrying out the identification of asbestos in bulk materials.

TTL Limited pride ourselves in providing a superior facility for our clients, which is dedicated to delivering our services on time and in a professional and cost effective manner. We offer a range of turnaround options for the delivery of results to suit each clients’ specific requirements. Outside of our existing UKAS accreditation, TTL Limited carry out numerous other tests. Contact us today to discuss your needs and put us to the test!
